CHANGE OF DATE - ORGANISERS STATEMENT

We have just received notification from Events Management at MediaCityUK, that, despite our confirmed booking for Saturday 19th July, they are now cancelling this date due to the space being allocated for a World cup football fan zone.
Unfortunately, this change was outside of our control and came with little notice.
We fully appreciate the disruption this causes, not only to us as event organisers, but also to all of you who have entered and planned around this date.
As a result, the event has been rescheduled to Sunday 2nd August.
What happens next:
All existing entries will be automatically transferred to the new date of 2nd August.
To claim a refund, please follow the cancel entry link below or go to the My Entries tab in SiEntries and click the ‘Cancel’ button next to your entry.
This is available until the end of Sunday 15th March, otherwise we look forward to seeing you on the new date.
We kindly ask for your understanding and patience, as this situation is entirely beyond our control. Not only has this had financial implications to our event but we have lost time and sleep :(
